Q. What are the benefits of becoming licensed in real estate?
A. There are many various benefits to becoming licensed in real estate. When you become a real estate salesperson you will be able to enjoy the benefits of being a trusted resource for people who want to buy and sell their home. If you'd like, feel free to give us a call and we can talk more about it.
Q. I want to take the Salesperson course, what are the requirements?
A. The requirements for the salesperson course are set by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. They are:
A. We offer schedules that fit into your life. We offer an accelerated 2 week day class and a 6 week evening salesperson class. Each salesperson class meets the NJ Real Estate Commission requirement of 75 hours.
Q. What is your Salesperson Class tuition or fee?
A. Our Salesperson Class tuition is $350.00
Q. How long are your Broker classes?
A. We offer the 150 hour Real Estate Broker Licensing Class, as required by the NJ Real Estate Commission.
Q. I want to sign up - what do I do?
A. The best thing to do to register for any course is to print out the NJ Real Estate School Registration Form and fax it to Nancy's attention, our school coordinator at 856-848-0041. Or just call us at 856-845-0900.
Q. Can you tell me more about your instructors?
A. Our instructors are licensed by the state of New Jersey and are highly experienced in the field of real estate. They will provide you with all the knowledge you need to start your career in real estate.

A. Premier Real Estate School is licensed by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and is an independently owned real estate school.

- Attend a 75 hour license class program
- A 70% or more on the state exam (we prep you for it)
- A high school graduate or holder of a G.E.D.
- 18 or older at the time of the exam
- 2 current forms of ID with a signature (one with a photo)
